What We Do

Economic Empowerment Program For Youth

with the following aims:

To increase agricultural production which would lead to economic growth, create employment opportunities and alleviate poverty

  • To prevent crime and violence and promote safe environment.
  • To ensure youths achieve their full potential while being free from crime and violence.
  • Reducing unemployment and giving the youths early direction into becoming entrepreneurs.

These usually centre on the idea that personal empowerment will give an individual the ability to:

  • Take control of their circumstances and achieve their own goals in their personal and working life.
  • Become more aware of their strengths and weaknesses and therefore be better equipped to deal with problems and achieve goals.
  • Enhance the contribution they make both as an individual and as a member of a team.
  • Take opportunities to enhance personal growth and a sense of fulfillment knowing your own limitation is key to personal empowerment.

Strategies

  • Obtain comprehensive individual case history to enhance the quality of an intervention.
  • Understand the elements underlying family current presentations and behaviours.
  • Training and development - hoping to offer NVQ certificates in partnership with Further Education colleges and / or community colleges.
  • Seminars / Workshops and Conferences
  • Support and Signposting activities.

Health Program For Children and older people aged 70 and over” in Africa (Nigeria)

with the following aims:

  • To save the life of children with congenital heart defects through our sponsorship program.
  • To improve health education thereby establishing Parents’ awareness, skills, and encourages them to adopt positive attitudes towards their families well-being.
  • To support community health centres to put end to malnutrition in children.

The objectives of TFHEUK are to:

  • To reduce longer delay in performing the surgery due to many factors including poverty.
  • To improve in saving children from avoidable morbidity and mortality.
  • To offer highly nutritious foods to aged people who need them for sustainable health benefit.
  • To prevent poorer health outcomes, falls, and delays in recovery from illness to older people.

Strategies

  • To work with partners to leverage our global strength in making a difference for children and older people aged 70 and over.
  • To obtain, comprehensive individual case history to enhance the quality of intervention.
  • To understand the elements underlying family current presentations and behaviours.
  • These usually centre on the idea that the most deprived and marginalised children and older people, who are too often excluded due to poverty, geographically location or disability will be reached.

Education Program for Vulnerable Youths and Families

with the following aims:

To impart knowledge that bring awareness and build confidence in vulnerable children, youth and families.

  • To prevent crime and violence and promote safe environment.
  • To ensure youths achieve their full potential while being free from crime and violence.
  • Reducing unemployment and giving the youths early direction into becoming entrepreneurs.
  • To Help families become confident in raising healthy children through the learning programme about nutrition and feeding the children to prevent malnutrition in children.
  • To help young people looking to be entrepreneurs or people looking to add a few more skills to improve themselves develop skills that will in turn yield value to the nation through our Vocational & Skill Acquisition Training!
  • To support individuals where they are in their lives and show them skills that are relevant to them to overcome years of thinking “I can’t do that”.
  • To give chance to people that want to change their lives.
